The ideal candidate will possess experience managing editors and writers, demonstrating the ability to create and oversee editorial content across various platforms. The Editor in Chief will be accountable for ensuring accurate, timely, and engaging content while collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to align content strategy with business goals.

- Understanding, quantifying, budgeting and managing the costs of the works involved in the Project (during the design and construction stages)
- Review construction plans and preparing quantity requirements
- Scrutinize maintenance and material costs, as well as contracts to ensure the best deals
- Review and approve the monthly statement applications (or other documents) issued by the subcontractors, and advise on the contractual claims
